TUTELLUS - TRAIN AND EDUCATION

TUTELLUS is a new revolutionary project that seeks to change the existing system of education, creating a decentralized system of motivation for students and teachers. TUTELLUS is the first of its kind educational platform that pays students for tuition (proof of teaching) and rewards teachers depending on their impact on the successes of their students (proof of teaching).

Given the projections, in the coming years the imbalance between the supply and demand of labor will be about 80%, and this is only in Europe, not to mention the situation in developing countries where millions of poor and unemployed live. All this makes us think about the key problems facing the market, and rethink the approaches that the current education system can not solve itself:

Poverty and lack of opportunities for work.
Low motivation of students. A conscientious study of the material, whether online or offline, requires dedication and investment of a significant amount of money, effort and time.
Low motivation of teachers. Training is far from easy, and teaching work is poorly valued. There are still no effective mechanisms for assessing the efforts of the best teachers. This reduces their motivation and directly affects the quality of education that students receive. An effective education system should reward teachers in accordance with the success of their students, measured by high scores, high levels of participation or employment.
Weak connection with the labor market. Education also faces a decline in the cost of degrees and certificates that were in the core of the education system until the beginning of the 21st century. Now you always need work experience first. This disconnection creates a vicious circle within which companies become more free from the education sector, which further widens the gap between education and the labor market. Obviously, new tools and systems are needed to prepare and identify the most suitable candidate for the position.

Tokens TUTELLUS и ICO

TUTELLUS releases its own currency - TUT and Smart TUT (STUT) tokens.

TUT will be used as a platform foundation and interact with other platforms and currencies. With the help of TUT tokens, the user will also be able to find other services, such as the acquisition of any platform products, marketing services; access to student profiles, to scholarship programs; making transfers both inside and outside the platform.

STUT will not be directly sold in fiat, and will be provided as a reward to users who contribute to the educational value of the platform and as an indicator of the quality of their participation. STUT tokens can be partially exchanged for TUTs or stored in the user's virtual wallet as a measure of relevance to the platform that will provide benefits in the long term (eg, allowing companies to access the best employees, etc.). The user will not be able to directly buy: you need to earn it by performing actions inside the platform.

The total output is 1,5 billion TUT-tokens. They will be distributed as follows:

60% of all tokens will go to the ICO;
20% will be stored in the pool to activate the ecosystem;
10% will go to the project team;
10% on the bounty campaign.

How it works

Each course has a certain price in a fiat currency and a price in the TUT tokens (10% discount). Each course will also have a number of related STUTs depending on the price and duration of the course. Students who successfully complete a course receive STUT-tokens, depending on the quality of the material studied. The reward system will be decentralized, and the users themselves will be those who ultimately decide who and how much contributed to the community. To receive remuneration, various questions can be asked about the course of the subject, the successful passing of exams, participation in the evaluation of other students, etc. The maximum number of STUT tokens available for the course is a hundred times higher than the euro rate. By purchasing TUT tokens, companies will be able to access the best student profiles. The price paid by these companies will depend on the total supply and demand.

Functionality

Student:

The student buys a course or any other product within the platform. For a paid course, the loyalty program provides the student with several TUT tokens, up to 10% of the cost.
By completing the course, and thanks to student interaction, which increases the value of the platform, the student gets the opportunity to get several STUT tokens. When a student completes a course, a student can trade up to half of the total amount of that currency.
The student receives a scholarship granted by TUTELLUS, to receive services for free or at a discount.
The student receives a share of TUT tokens provided by a third party in search of the best students for the position.

Teacher:

Creates a course and adds this added value to the community, which provides it with several STUT tokens. The teacher can trade up to half of these STUTs to the TUT tokens.
Obtains revenue indirectly from students who purchase a course or associated services (fiat or TUT).
Gets TUT tokens from companies in search of the best students.
Enter TUT tokens into the TUTELLUS pool in exchange for additional services within the platform.

A third-party legal entity in search of students:

A company of recruiters in search of the best students provides TUT tokens in the pool in order to gain access to the older students on the platform, that is, the most relevant in each skill set.
The most suitable pupils with the highest number of STUT tokens in the required skills get 30% of the amount to distribute it equally.

TUTELLUS:

Gives TUT to students from outside organizations and scholarships on the platform.
Gives STUT students and faculty as a measure of their relevance.
Gives TUT students and teachers in exchange for STUT.
Gives the TUT test to students through a loyalty program.
Gets TUT tokens from teachers in exchange for services within the platform and from third-party companies.
Gets a commission for the sale of paid services, both in Fiats and in TUT tokens.

All this will increase the motivation of the teacher and the quality of the final product. As with students, the system is completely decentralized.
